The Market @ Hollins complements the offerings of other vendors within the market and will provide access to healthy food that is eligible for SNAP/EBT purchases for residents in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Hollins Market will be a one-stop shop for your grocery needs.

The Hollins Market Pop-Up Stall offers opportunities for start-up food entrepreneurs to test a concept before opening a permanent stall. The Pop-Up Stall comes equipped with six burner range with convection base oven, a griddle, split tank frier, refrigeration, a point-of-sale system, and more. Market staff provide support and training to incoming merchants.

Entrepreneurs may rent the Hollins pop-up stall on a weekly or monthly basis.
